Shipping policy

Purchase of any 5 Sets or 8 Sets plan sets will be mailed to your indicated physical address within 3-5 business days, starting from the business day order is placed, or next business day if order was submitted outside of normal business hours of 8am - 5pm CST. Successful delivery of product is dependent upon the accuracy at which your physical address is submitted during the order. Central Iowa House Plans takes no responsibility or liability to the delivery of product once it is turned over to the USPS, UPS, Fedex or any other utilized mail or parcel carrier.
